TERMS & CONDITIONS - CHERYL’S PET SITTING 2023

 

Payment & Cancellations

 

The client is responsible for payment for the pet sitting/walk on completion of the visit.
Please pay within 48 hours.

In the event of cancellations for dog sitting/home visits/walking, I will accept cancellations up
to the morning of the visit.

Cat sitting cancellations will require 48 hours notice or 50% of the total cost will need to be paid.

Overnight dog sitting cancellations will require 14 days notice or 50% of the total cost will need to be paid. Also a non refundable deposit will need to be paid when booking.

 

Visitors

 

The client will inform the pet sitter of any one else that is expected to be coming to the
property during their visits i.e relatives, workmen.

 

Details

Include details of any medications that are required or special diets.

Supply pet sitter with emergency contacts and vet information.

Liability

 

I reserve the right to terminate services because of safety and including aggression of the animal.

Will endeavour to keep areas clean and tidy.

I will not be liable for any damage to your property unless shown to be negligent.
